180mm SG2 Stainless steel San mai cladded with Stainless steel damascus. With a Tapered octagonal handle made out of Australian Black Mulga and a nickel silver spacer.

200mm high carbon Damascus steel Western chef knife. Handle made out of Australian Mini Ritchie for the bolster and Australian Snakewood for the handle with a Brass spacer.

180mm full tang Gyoto in Aebl stainless steel. Tapered octogonal handle made with Australian Red Morrel, black liners and a handmade mosiac pin.

How to Order

Each knife is custom made to best suit your needs. To order your knife, have a look through my Gallery and Instagram for inspiration. If you know what you like, great! But if not, no problem at all. Just contact me with the box below or call on 0432 427 066 and we can discuss what your knife will be used for together with ideas for timber, steel and overall style. I will then get to work on your knife and give you a call or email when it is ready.
