MD Knives
Born and raised in Brussels, Belgium, Mathieu trained as a maker of fine furniture. He spent a number of years travelling the world, during which time he was first introduced to knife-making in Scotland. He has now established himself as a kitchen knife maker in Mount Dandenong, outside of Melbourne, Australia.

Each knife is custom made to best suit your needs. To order your knife, have a look through my Gallery and Instagram for inspiration. If you know what you like, great! But if not, no problem at all. Just contact me with the box below or call on 0432 427 066 and we can discuss what your knife will be used for together with ideas for timber, steel and overall style. I will then get to work on your knife and give you a call or email when it is ready.
